Meet Garlio

Garlio came about from our love of travel, especially the part where we get to try amazing food or learn about unique ingredients. As we discovered new spices and sauces, we packed our suitcases with them to share with our family back home. We’d swap recipes with friends near and far and send little care packages of ingredients we knew would be harder to locate in some corners of the country. We had so much fun doing it that we decided to expand our circle, and thus Garlio was born.

Besides, we don’t know about you, but we’ve always doubled the garlic in any recipe that called for it, even if it’s a recipe for a clove of garlic!
