Lemon Pepper Wings

These naturally Whole30 and Paleo wings are a delicious addition to any party. With this bake/broil method, you can cut the cooking time in half and have the best wings on the table in no time at all.

Ingredients for Wings

  • 4 pounds party wings
  • 1 ½ tablespoon unsalted lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place a wire rack over baking sheet, with a layer of foil in between for easy cleanup.
  2. Thoroughly pat the wings dry with paper towels, arrange evenly on the rack and place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, turn up the oven to broil and cook an additional 10 minutes about 6” from heat source, making sure to turn once 5 minutes in. You want the wings to be crisp and brown to soak up the sauce.
  4. While wings are baking, mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  5. Once the wings are done, dump them into the big bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately. Though wings will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days if sealed tightly, they’re best eaten right away.
