
Lemon Pepper Wings
These naturally Whole30 and Paleo wings are a delicious addition to any party. With this bake/broil method, you can cut the cooking time in half and have the best wings on the table in no time at all.

Ingredients for Wings
- 4 pounds party wings
- 1 ½ tablespoon unsalted lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Place a wire rack over baking sheet, with a layer of foil in between for easy cleanup.
- Thoroughly pat the wings dry with paper towels, arrange evenly on the rack and place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, turn up the oven to broil and cook an additional 10 minutes about 6” from heat source, making sure to turn once 5 minutes in. You want the wings to be crisp and brown to soak up the sauce.
- While wings are baking, mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Once the wings are done, dump them into the big bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately. Though wings will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days if sealed tightly, they’re best eaten right away.
